Brigade homeland military training to control US citizens during MARTIAL LAW

I didn't know about this Brigade homeland tours started last October 2008 for 12 months ending supposedly this October 2009 but could end early 2010.

BUT anyway you will see from the highlighted words/points that this does look like training for Martial Law.

1. if more than a tiny fraction of the general public knew who Francois Villon was, THEN it could be a clever alternative to the word villain.
