Simply speak to Archmage Vargoth to receive this pet. Vargoth is housed in a secluded spire atop the Violet Citadel within Dalaran. In order to access Vargoth, one must teleport to his location using a tome rewarded by the Higher Learning achievement. This achievement entails reading 8 different books about arcane magic that spawn throughout Dalaran.

the info is incorrect, you can glitch into his retreat but ounce in youre trapped and cant get the pet, unless of course you did the achievment and didnt glitch in :P

Papa Hummel's Old Fashioned Biscuit, it doubles the size of a companion, you get them from a Trading Card (TCG WoW Loot) the card goes for $5 USD, You get 50 Biscuits per card

You can make a vanity pet larger by give him a Papa Hummel's Pet Biscuit. This is an item from the WOW Trading Card Game. You can get a stack of 50 Biscuit by buing a loot card.
