This video shows the many gorgeous places that the Croatian Plitvice lakes (Plitvicka Jezara in Croatian) have to offer. I went to the lakes in the summer of 2009 and it was simply stunning! Unfortunately there aren't many videos on the internet showing these lakes, so I decided to make my own movie with the images I had shot. Please comment and rate, as this will stimulate me to make a movie about Malaysia, where I will be going during this summer!
The song is called "Carribean Blue" by Enya, I do not take any credit for the song and all copyrights go to WMG records.
Some technical specifications:
- The shots were made with the JVC GZ-HD7
- I resized the shots to 1280x720
- The intro has been made with After Effects
- The actual montage was done in Sony Vegas
- Deshaker (for VDub) and MeGUI were used to compress the video.

when you live in plitvice lakes you can do what you want, we can swim there but you cant :P...and it is better that you cant swim

@MrRAP132 Seriously? Wow! But I bet those aren't the same lakes that I've visited, simply because other people would join in as well.. Send some pictures of them to get me even more jealous! Best lakes ever :D

@zabkagdynia Fortunately it is not allowed to swim in the lakes, with all those daily tourists it would be spoiled! You should definitely visit them though!
