one of the passengers said "they wont have us as customers again" however the same person will purchase a ticket on Spirit Airlines for $9.00 when they see the other airlines are charging $109.00 for the same ticket..... Spirit CLAIMS they have another carrier which is going to help them fly some routes till the pilots stop striking... does anyone know if this is true?

dumbass passenger want cheap tickets? well that means you get low paid pilots. low paid pilots = inexperienced pilots.

management needs to take pay cuts. Why do they get paid 500k /yr to do nothing.

We were affected--in Xpu-Ha, Mexico. Had to book one way tickets to get home (Tues., June 15th). Called Spirit when I did get home; they wanted to give me a voucher and a credit that had to be used within one year of the original date. I told them I wanted a REFUND..as our tickets to get home wound up costing us $300 more.

A friend said, "You will fly Spirit ONCE." She's right. ONCE.

Flight crew was great..but they make those pilots shill for their credit card! Ticketing/grnd crew? YUCK.

Tentative Agreement. Per webster tentative means not fully worked out or developed. Any fool step on a Spirit plane this time is 100% there fault. Las vegas slot machine lose 300.00$ waiting for a 2dollar free drink.

It's not issuing a refund AND a $100 voucher, it's either a refund OR a $100 voucher.

GOOD FOR THE PILOTS! They were the only good thing about this company, the quality of their pilots. Everyone else on their staff as well as their service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Let the company go under. It's a basic law of business. Bad companies don't stay competitive.

@mynameizbrandon Yeah, but do you think about what could be happening? My grandmother is going to be devastated if she cannot witness my brother's high school graduation. There is probably more important things people cannot attend, such as funerals, weddings, or a loved one being sick. Theres no need to go this far
