A weak tornado formed in Buffalo today...I was watching the radar for a few hours being a lookout for the safety of our employees...can't believe it had the nerve to form directly overhead, especially since I had been reassuring our team that a dangerous storm threat was very low. That was more or less true, but minutes later I was on the phone as a spotter warning that touchdown was imminent in the area of Hwy 55 and 25. Search youtube for folks that were shooting with real cameras...This video probably about 5:53pm. 911 call made at 5:58pm. Sorry, did not have my pro-grade cam with me...just cell. At the time this video was taken, slow rotation was just beginning at cloud level. By the time it passed a few hundred yards to the North East, it had lowered significantly...prompting the 911 call.
