In the beginning of the video, the Penske truck is approaching Doolittle Drive on Davis Street (in the city of San Leandro). I caught up with the Penske truck at the intersection of Hegenberger Road and Doolittle Drive (in the city of Oakland). I passed the Penske truck around the intersection of Langley Street and Doolittle Drive. The accident occured at the intersection of Island Drive and Doolittle Drive (in the city of Alameda).
