i like how you said that all we need to do is paste in the cfg, well, the thing is, you didnt give us the link to it, you only gave a link to a site that explains what it is, not the script itself

@TECoD6 Delete the radialmenu and run the Defragment File under game Properties. This will replace the file that witch you removed.

I already got another script running under autoexec.cfg . Is there anyway I could rename the new text document to anything else ?

no, it won't work. To fix this, simply put a ";" and then a space after what you have in your autoexec.cfg. This will make it a new command inside of the console. That's all the autoexec.cfg is, just automatically type stuff in console for you.
