i have a 95 sporty, i wonder how this one rides in comparison? less vibration i assume, which would be nice for my handlebar mounted gps!

@shahram21 learning to ride is very easy. i recommend going thru a course though for the simple fact that if you learn one thing that saves your life its worth it. also a course teaches you the proper way to ride so you don't start off developing bad habits that are hard to break. i went thru harley school (riders edge) its a little pricy but its the best way to learn for sure. if you cant afford it at least go through a state riders course (plus you get your license that way in many states).

I'll respond to it--everyone in the world knows Harleys aren't the most technologically advanced. No one buys a Harley for that.
No one gives a fat fuck about Honda and Kawasaki being the fastest. Ride what you want, and leave the rest of us alone.
We buy Harleys because we love the machine. And there must be something very special about Harleys, because the Japanese cruisers, for the longest time, were blatant copies of Harley.

If only speed mattered I'd travel only on jet planes. They're way faster than some lousy Hondas/Kawasakis or any other bikes. Get my point ? ;)
