White Glint's frame was designed by Shoji Kawamori, the original artist for the Armored Core games. It's meant to look awesome, but it also has great aerial capabilities with the parts the standard WG uses. Especially the 05 Salines.

It's meant to be fast and light, more or less like Shoji's Macross designs.

White Glint's legend may be epic but the overall design in every form is lacking to me, it never suits my needs or tastes. If I want an aerial combat unit I use an Ekhazar model, don't need anything else really; just bombard with a grenade cannon, missiles, flares and in desperate situations rifle fire and almost anything's a cinch.
