What an appalling way to treat this man - the historian.

These presenters & crew represent the media whores who prostitute themselves for something they often don't even understand - for a few bucks.

Luckily we do have some brave journalists who report the truth but they don't often get airtime on the Corporate Mind Control System.

If you mean Cortéz, the Natives would have been Mexíca, not Maya. They thought blood sacrifice pleased the Gods. The Europeans favored burning their sacrifices, loved public torture, it was entertainment to them.
