yea just about to say you lace up backwards but every projectionist has there own way of doing things

Wierd! You lace it backwards. I start with the second intermittent pulley so I can get it in rack then I get the top loop the right size then the sound drum and the pulse reader so I can get the bottom loop right. Shame it all ends this year. :-(
