Played on Devil Hunter mode.

Can someone help me? I finished the game on regular and I restarted on Devil hunter mode. Howecer, every time I get up to the actual fight with Agnus my 360 keeps saying to clean the disc. No matter how many times I do it, it's the same results. Does any one have advice to give to me about this situation?
