And that is why you don't buy Alienware, If you put out a video before about this issue I could have suggested myself to build you one! I do not trust Alienware only because my Uncle has had to send his in 15 times now which is very piss poor and eventually he paid me to build him one!

A BSOD doesn't mean that you have a hardware issue, a lot of the time it can be a software fault such as a corrupt driver or system file, I had this on a fresh install. But I found the corrupt file and replaced it.. Then it was fixed!

@flightsimy The type of BSOD error is machine_check_exception. This error is caused by either faulty driver software or hardware. I talked with alienware for about 5 hours working on getting drivers properly installed, still issues. It was determined to be a hardware issue

Spencer, really sorry to hear about the PC problems but why don't you build your own especially as Alienware is now owned by Dell? Always happy to help if help is needed.
