  • does it get to loud (if to loud is possible) on the highway? I'm going to put Flomasters on my '66 Mustang soon.

  • @jrodigan5 Yes it does get loud in my interior. There is a very noticeable drone at about 60 mph. Below or above that it isn't too bad. But I do not have any carpet or sound insulation whatsoever. I believe that once i get some real carpet, sound deadener, and block off the trunk from the cabin then there should be a considerable decrease in road noise.

  • and in exhaust noise

  • where's the oil pressure?

  • I have two aftermarket gauges mounted under the dash, one is oil pressure and one is a temp gauge. If you look closely they are under the cig lighter.

  • Cruise-O-Matic 3spd??

  • unfortunately yes. I hope to do a 5-speed swap someday :)

  • this is sad lol. your car did 0-60 in about 10 secs, casually cruising, and my 94 f150 does 0-60 in about 11 flooring it. oh well. thats why i got my 66 stang for fun. flowmasters are great in these cars. curious as to how the magnaflows would sound though.

  • Ok thanks. I plan on putting a rather extensive interior sound masking system so it should be ok. Thanks for the info!

  • Got the same thing on my 70' Fastback 302.
