  • @imsothemanXD lol i dont think his a little small for ifbb

  • drop sets have always worked shits not new guys get over it... but man hes a little small for ifbb....

  • this guy push like lil girl not breathing right what the fuck is that sound his making gotta breath out as hard as you can so u can push dick head.

  • No, not criticizing the guy in the video. I am critical of Doherty's training and advice, too much volume and not enough intensity.

  • @xanthromera

Are you criticizing the guy in the video?

  • i hate these fuck shit stacks that take every single dumbbell in the gym to work out their saggy tits.

  • Should have started with a heavier weight and failed. Then you drop to a lighter weight and squeeze off 2 or 3, not 8.

Also it's easy to overtrain using HIT techniques with too much volume.

  • to be honest ive allways just went and lifted till i couldnt do any more, never planned anything ever, but lately been doing reutines because ive been told thats what people do

ive been trying a new reutine every week lately trying to find something that gives me the most results and "Soreness" the next day. i kinda use that as a scale to see how hard ive been working.. it really is tough to find the perfect workout haha.. i try to switch it up so it doesnt bore me too
