i said vista was trying to be more like linux and i got called a troll before then windows 7 came out imo tiny bit more like linux but still no one agreed with me and now win8 is coming out and its enough like linux that im not gonna he considered crazy anymore

@313hummer install dsl or puppy linux and your craptop will be more of a laptop

Played with Win 8 for about an hour and gave up in frustration. One of the worst things I have install. Vista got nothing on this one.

@JamesManes i use ubuntu on my secondary laptop..elementary os on my main pc..windows 7 on my secondary desktop upstairs..and xp on my craptop

@JamesManes well so does linux but you seem to ignore those? i use windows 7 too..its not that great lol..and it doesnt work right out of the box..trust me...on my vaio vgn nw270 almost nothing worked out of the box..with windows..or linux..so it all comes down to your hardware
