GH3 and up don't have strum limits. Only Harmonix games have them because the notes timing windows don't overlap each other when playing at 60hz. They do overlap in Guitar Hero games and they overlap more on RB 50hz.

i dont think a struming limit is in gh3. or there is but not noticle because of how bog the timing window. gh2 for ps2 has struming limit of 16 nps gh2 xbox360 has 15 nps strum. its possible to hit them but very hard.
