IRS Frivolous and Invalid Returns Call

Phone call with IRS rep regarding so called unprocessable and invalid returns.

Of course this is not backed up by any valid law or statute.

The big deal is getting a name that can then be sued for damages. They never provide me their names and operating #s. They always give opinions and never fact

They never answer directly with any authority under what law, or what code, or what consitutional mandate they are acting and if you show them codes, etc they call it arguing? What a joke. Typical slave masters, "You are a slave, and don't question it"

@elhnad i got a letter saying they didnt get stuff , WRONG witnessed and sighed in trip , the paper work has her number , dont need a name , they want to trick you into tax court , DO NOT thats their turf never do what they say , if you do you admitting they have authority , i have a video about how it all started just look at my older uploads ,

Have you seen the hendrickson jailing recently? I dont' know much about it but it's probably wrongful jailing. Are you worried about the IRS suign you now? what actions/mesures can you take to defend yourself? Best,dan

@IRSFRAUDEXPOSED How did you get the Mrs. Green to acknowledge the receipt? What kind of document was this that she sent to you? Does it matter if you efile or regular mail? Do you need Mrs. Green's employee number or is Mrs. Green enough? I've felt that it's never enough that you need her first name but they never give you their first name.

you do not depend on a certified mailing . all that does is show you mailed SOMETHING . i have everything witness and notarized as to what i mailed them. i had a mrs green send me a letter acknowledging receipt of the 1040 and years later claim i failed to file. when i pointed this out she claimed i filed late and tried to penalize me. all to keep from paying me what they owe me.
