Coaching Tips
1. Maintain curvature of lumbar spine.
2. Maintain posture alignment from ear to heel.
3. Squeeze the scapula upon decent.
4. Powerfully drive the hands together upon ascent.
Regression/Make it Easier
1. Go from the knees
2. Perform partial ROM only
3. Widen feet (base of support)
Possible Progression/Make it Harder
1. Decrease the width of the feet (smaller base of support)
2. Stack feet.
3. Increase movement speed
4. Add repetitions
5. Include intrarep pauses
