One of the biggest screw jobs in Nationwide/Busch series history. First of all, Robby Gordon definitely won this race. And keep in mind, it was all Kevin Harvick's fault for everything. He caused the wreck that led to Marcos spinning out Robby under the caution. Robby Gordon won this race

It is simple as this. Robby was leading at the time of caution. He got spun by Ambrose yet Robby gets penalized. So I guess drivers can go around wrecking people and get away with it. So Robby said to himself, no I am in atleast second. So he then said If I am not winning this race, neither are you
