Fortunately I had my closed caption options engaged. They do have lovely accents. This is one good movie! Highly recommend it. I watched it on TV on the IFC channel.

hated the ending, was really expecting Butler to come back and be with little Frankie and his mum

okay to get this straight: I am German but I am a damn good English student. and I watched that movie in English (at least that's what I thought). then I paused it because I didn't get a word, and thought it might be a different language. turns out it's English, but with a Scottish accent. Dear Scottish people, if we ever meet, please speak slowly and clearly. Thank you! the movie was great by the way ;D and I now love the accent, but it's still hard to understand hah
