1985 Festival Film with The Little Ambassadors of Shanghai, China - Herbert W Armstrong

The Ambassador Foundation sponsores the Little Ambassadors of Shanghai on the Ambassador College campus of the Worldwide Church of God in Pasadena, California. This film also follows the children as they travel to Washington DC. The Little Ambassadors of Shanghai also met with Nancy Reagan on this trip, first lady to President Ronald Reagan who was in office at the time.

It was the first time the communist government of China had allowed a group of children to leave China to travel to the United States.

Herbert W Armstrong visits with them in China also where he was welcomed with much fanfare.

This film was viewed by over 100,000 people attending the Feast of Tabernacles annual convention all over the world.
