I have one exactly like this face dial cover and buttons. Mine was in terrible shape and had shrunk. I kept the brass band across the front and got a reproduction dial and new push buttons from a man that makes them in Ventura California named Larry B....I can't remember how to spell his last name. He does great work, and the dials and push buttons are exactly like the originals. Unbelievable he makes these today just like the originals. Seems the material on this was inferior at the time.
This is why I don't like in California or in western USA, so I don't get ear-raped with undele! undele! Undele! arriba muchachos! hea hea!

Looks almost like mine. I have a 41 Philco with record player. Now running on transistors. Tubes gave out long ago.

Was this running off the original components? Beautiful set. We used to have one similar to it not long back.
