@nv7103 He didn't have enough dialogue to justify winning an Oscar, but you are right that he (Karl Urban) did a great job. Come to think of it, the only performance that seemed less than spectacular was Eric Bana's.

There is no coughing or deep breathing, its some smooth electronic sound that goes on throughout the second half

@ddjt Yes, it probably is a cough or a sniflle... if you listen carefully at around 34-35sec you can also hear the brass section (French Horns I think?) taking a deep breath to prepare for the long Ds they have to hold. It is not uncommon for studio mics to pick up tiny sounds like this. Problem is, once you hear one, you start noticing them more and more!
