Storeit, you are so RIGHT, BILLION$ is being watsted & has already been, apart from the calculated GENOCIDE here, when in fact, much of that could go towards improving Health Care & making it more affordable in the USA, & in Africa & other 3rd World countries, their WASTED PUBLIC TAXES should instead, be spent on providing fresh clean drinking water, proper latrines (washrooms), expertise on organic gardening in small spaces producing sufficient to feed an entire family & electricty.
