good on ya for trying to develop the game in these countries. Like anything, needs time, commitment and exposure to coverage of NRL, superleague etc so those players know the standard required to help push their own skill levels up.

MOst of these guys see the NRL and SL, some towns show it. Certanily one pub in Heidelberg was showing SL that night and in Prague as well and also in Munich. Two of the Serbian players recently got contract in the French Elite League.

iam a serb living in adelaide australia i play rugby union for club and leaguw for skool..i neva knew that we had a national serb team.. next time i go to serbia on holidays iam gonna watch em play

Good on you, they have been playing now for about 10 years or so, and are very good. Next year is looking pretty good with a few matches being lined up, announcements will be made after the world cup qualifiers from what I hear, but I suspect tey will have the European Shield Tri nations against Czechs and germany again and maybe one or two others like Lebanon. The Slavic cup will be played against the Czechs again as well.

who are they aussies on holidays in germany they play the game to good to be emerging players they would give the nrl a shock can you imagine adolf hitlerlike coach going off at the break YOU ARE A BUNCH OF PUSSYS GET OUT THERE AND SHOW YOU ARE PROUD TO BE GERMANS OR YOU WILL BE SLAUGHTERED FOR YOUR POOR PERFORMANCE. AND FINISH WITH KILL KILL KILL REPEATED 1000 TIMES.

The Serbians and Russian would not be considered emerging natiosn they ARE Rugby League Nations! They have regular internationals and domestic competitions for well over 10 years now, so go home if you are not going to have any constructive comments. I don't travels 10's of hours around Europe filming and watching and supporting these guys not to have their work or mine not appreciated.

can u post me the games they r playin i serbia cose i am goin there nxt yr for holidays and hope to watch these games so i can see how they play if u can that would be gratly appreciated

Umm, they are ALL Germans or Serbians that are are selected from their Nationl domestic competitions and teams. No Aussies or Englishman there, though a few have played in the NL and Barla comps in the UK.

Your comments are biggotory and insulting to them an everyone who is working real hard to get the great game established in continental Europe.
