Rebecca had no idea what it was like here in Liverpool, we totally have her back. Liverpool is so so proud of her, Liverpool's had legends such as The Beatles and I think Rebecca's the next.

No longer the girl who serenaded her shoes, eh? And, as all serious Rebecca fans expected, she is such a liberated singer without that fabricated stress from the XF live shows. What the rather excited fans allow us to hear, from time to time, is some excellent live singing, a real performance.

Simon labelled Rebecca "a star" some weeks back, so with her semi-final prowess and this "crowd management" performance she must be a superstar, already. Then the tour, followed by the album... Bliss!
