    No, it's not illegal to film police officers. Apparently, IL, MA and MD have laws that consent is required, but that's it. Federal courts have ruled it's legal. And it should be legal.

    My sarcasm wasn't strong enough I guess. Maybe I should have added a few more exclamation marks haha. I was just trying to call attention to the fact that people go to jail all the time for filming police officers needlessly beating the crap out of somebody, but when its a police officer not doing something wrong it's perfectly okay to film them.

    The horse likely is lacking salt in it diet, therefore licking the dog, because like humans they naturally have salt on their skin, and since it's a short haired dog......
