  • ummm most people don't have these things at home...

  • Fortunately they are very inexpensive and take up minimal space. You can pick up a ball for under $15 at Walmart, and resistance tubing for even less. I will be uploading a bodyweight only workout as well in the near future... watch for it. Ultimately, the key to getting fit is to look for solutions not excuses.

  • These exercises are clearly for beginners who may not have performed resistance training before. Once you have adapted to these basics, you must progress to a much more challenging program. However, this is a good introduction.
