Fortunately they are very inexpensive and take up minimal space. You can pick up a ball for under $15 at Walmart, and resistance tubing for even less. I will be uploading a bodyweight only workout as well in the near future... watch for it. Ultimately, the key to getting fit is to look for solutions not excuses.

These exercises are clearly for beginners who may not have performed resistance training before. Once you have adapted to these basics, you must progress to a much more challenging program. However, this is a good introduction.
