He's a dumb driver for sure.
But I'd cut infront of a bike any day if it was safe to do so because I dont want to be stuck behind them.
Also, Ive made the mistake before of missing my turning and changing lanes like he did at the lights, that happens to the best of drivers, he didnt do anything unsafe there.

One thing I have noticed there is that motorists are really impatient. i mean seriously, could the guy behind you have waited 5 seconds for you to make your turn?? What a Dick.

@atacama82 I thought the same when I first replayed the video. Checking the original higher quality footage it's just the side of the headrest, he's not on the phone.
