I think it gets laggy at high speeds because of the refresh rates of the monitor where this is being played

ON IGN's website i've seen what looked like an in game image of an in car camera view showing the top of the steering wheel,dashboard and wipers. Does anyone know if it has a interior camera view, or just the two dials on screen?

i haven't seen any lag when i played it on my LCD TV but this video was taken thru playing on my PC monitor using a normal USB capture device..so there might be some lag...must be because my cheap capture card..haha
