This is the All Knowing Vortigaunt. Unfortunately. the "special quotes" no other Vortigaunt has are never spoken in this video. These quotes cannot be triggered by pressing USE. Thumbs up so everyone can see. There are 5 "special quotes".
This video is pretty much useless. Also, I'm pretty sure that "Someting secret steers us both. We shall not name it." is breaking the 4th wall.. Here's another example:
