Telstar Ponies were a band from Glasgow, Scotland. Their musical style ranged from experimental post-rock, to Krautrock, and to folk rock.

This is a video to one of the most under-rated bands to come out of the Glasgow music scene in the last decade. While other contemporaries such as Mogwai, Arab Strap and Belle and Sebastian went on to greater things, Telstar Ponies remain much of an undiscovered gem. Coming together at the time Britpop was ruling the airwaves, the Telstar Ponies embarked on their own musical journey that did not follow flavour of the month trends. Dark and beautiful, haunting and inspiring, the music created by Telstar Ponies deserves much wider recognition than was given first time around, and this video aims to help spread the word!!!

This band remembers me 'good old times'. Their sound is incredible, even sometimes noisy. At least, there were innovative and influences part of my current musical tastes.
