Its the second high powered rifle with the 12x scope. Just a standard unlock.

@bobenbob123 Ahh, haha. Reason I asked is because console the controls are so fucked up for the flying that it's damn near impossible to keep that thing from crashing. PC is much easier to fly, if not the easiest to fly.
