In this short video I used parts of one week training, from monday till thursday. We are training different types of martial arts. As you can see on the video: first part is Kung-Fu- it's all in one training, second part is SYSTEMA-Система, Russian martial art, and third part is K1- Basically, it is a combat sport ,that combines techniques from Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo, and Sambo.
I will gather more material, then I will create better video (Ok, Ill try it). Remember I am just an amateur in video making so don't be too critical. :P
On this video are my friends and not all of them are the best martial artists because theyre just new at this. They are trying their best so don't be mean to them. I can guarantee that they all have great qualities but still in development
The most important thing is that we are spending great time together.
