Vlad, it's Carolann- Got the mattress today. The box didn't fare so well in the mattress removal process, especially after Fed Ex got through with it ;) For those of you reading this, even though the box was pretty beaten up, the mattress was perfect. The King almost certainly needs to people to maneuver. I was successful with the help of my housecleaner in about 10 minutes.

I like the idea of a 'risk-free' in home trial--which you'll never see from the big names--but what I don't get is...even though you'll cover the cost of return shipping...how are you supposed to pack it up to ship it back in the first place, since it will be completely expanded during the trial period? Anyone?

@Sinnsonido - The biggest reason for a return is if the mattress does not feel comfortable. If this happens, most people take advantage of our SwapTop design, which allows you to simply swap out the top layer of memory foam or latex, simply by unzipping the top. We ship you a firmer or softer layer, of your choosing, at our expense (first swap only).
If you decide not to keep it, then you must completely enclose the mattress in plastic and cardboard & we schedule the free return shipping.
