The cause is electronic components like resistors, condensators and other parts. Theyre provably broken so thats why this started to happen. The fact that theres no longer that problem doesnt mean that it will be gone forever. It can go back whenever. Just watch your phone and if it will be back, best way will be just to send it to warranty
