These 'attacks' are because the solar industry went whole hog in pushing debunked green nonsense and demanded loads of subsidies at taxpayer expense.

What the solar industry needs to do is burn any and all bridges with the green crap and concentrate on things like off grid and emergency generation applications that are unsubsidized as otherwise the collapse of the green scam will take out solar with it.

Solar has many practical applications, but grid generation is not one of them.
