The world of Anoth is both vast and rife with conflict. In a remote town nestled in a valley just on the northwest edge of the Kingdom of Tyros, a young hero, Leo, is employed to investigate a series of abductions. At the same time, the village seems to be plagued by a myriad of vile, unholy creatures, some resembling those who were abducted. And all these misfortunes seem to be linked with a long abandoned and forgotten citadel that sits atop a hill overlooking the idyllic village...
Episode 1:
Leo arrives the edge of the forest surrounding the village of Trannsylvia only to be assaulted by a monster. He also happens upon Damien and Lara, an irritatingly jovial pair of mercenary siblings.
Author's notes:
I made this using RPG Maker VX. It was quite the harrowing learning process to figure out how to script the events as I have no prior experience with programming at all. I have a new found disgust for it as well as a renewed respect for those who dedicate and/or entertain their lives with it (except hackers and malware-makers; f*** your grandmother).
Instead of making a traditional RPG game (which I thought was too daunting a task), I decided to just make a machinima rendition of my story. It took me... two... whole bloody days to figure this crap out... lol. I'm working on the second episode now, but I'm already stuck... stupid programming XD
Everything in this video (and the tools used to create it) with the exception of my story, editing, and poor dialogue is thanks to... somebody else's hard work lol.

Nice title screen. The dialogue isnt poor and you did really well at eventing the cut scenes. xPP
