Looked like a punch followed by a push...I don't doubt that it's powerful for what it is, it was just a bit obvious that you slightly pushed it with your fist.

@kc550 I understand what you're saying, but it's definitely difficult to move an object of that weight without pushing through a bit. If you watch Bruce Lee perform the punch, you'll see that he pushes a bit as well. I actually was a bit unhappy with that strike myself and I filmed another attempt, but when I went to edit, I found that the camera must have been on standby...so I didn't have the footage. I might give it another go one day.
