@SoooooRich Pre-nups are not infallible and they can only do so much. First, it's hell getting a woman to sign one because she screams and cries, "You don't trust me! I can't believe you would question my love!" and other phony excuses. Secondly, they require that the woman have a lawyer also before signing and that lawyer is going to require that the paperwork leaves out certain things to benefit her. Third and last, I have read that they still give "community property" to women regardless.

You've got to either one, call it how it is and say it doesn't have anything to do with her love - it's got to do with both of your accomplishments. The other approach is to let them know before you're even dating. Your point #2 is a good one. Point #3 though is based on what state you live. GA don't play that.

They are hoping that there is a possibility they will get some money and also, they want the bragging rights and the experience to share with their friends.
