i guess. The Highness Bhumibol do not need any trophy or award from any other organizations or parties. are the organizations and parties is higher rank than The Highness? i never think so. The Highness is among those can awarded any trophy or award to others, not from others. im sure The Highness Bhumibol never want any award from others. its enough for The Highness Bhumibol get a bless from God and The Highness did and do for his loyal Thai people sincerely and with full of love and caring.

1 of 5) For Thai politic, money is God and nothing else. There s no decency, no honesty, and definitely, no HONOR in these peoples. All politicians paid rural voter certain money for the vote, it is a tradition that has passed on down. Rule has changed a bit lately; it is so happened that Thaksin is a billionaire and he has the most money to throw at this democracy like no else before. So instead of 1000 Baht to the rural voters like everyone else, he paid a handsome 3000 Baht.
SmedlyDButler's comment: Youtube makes a lot of money. If Youtube rigidly enforced its terms of service, I expect more than half the videos on Youtube would be removed. That would mean a huge loss of revenue. The Thai minister involved here appears to have adopted a poor legal strategy. Most countries defend their national symbols via copyright and image ownership laws. Australia has sued people to the last penny for using the Australian National Anthem inappropriately-via copyright law.

In May 2006, UN Secretary-General, Kofi Annan, presented the United Nations' first Human Development Lifetime Achievement Award to King Bhumibol of Thailand. Secretary General Kofi Ana said, "As the world's 'Development King', Your Majesty has reached out to the poorest and the most vulnerable people of Thailand-regardless of their status, ethnicity or religion-listened to their problems and empowered them to take their lives in their own hands."
