I invite you to try ControlByMail (vic2pc.com), which doesn't need a Twitter account to remotely control or access your PC: just an email from any email-enabled device (iPhone, PC, Mac, Linux, Android, etc). Thank you.

You could have turned off the uac or send the program Link to the desktop, right click, and choose run as admin.
