Delta Connection CRJ DCA River Visual 19 Go Around

Delta Connection (Pinnacle Airlines) flight 4130, JFK-DCA. N8673D. Due to an aircraft on the runway we had to go around. The quality of the video is low due to the scratches on the window, nothing I could do about it.

The pilots may have just simply botched the approach and were too embarrased to admit it to the pax. "Err..yeah there was traffic on the runway". Its a difficult approach and I hear people going around on occasion when I fly in there.

@dyockey You can not see it in the video, but as we went around the reason for the go around was very clear, a departing 737.

@merowsey Traffic on the runway. It can't really be seen on the video because of the sun and scratches, but there was a 737 departing.
