  • does the cable have to stay in the phone while you want to use internet connexion???

  • Hey :), The phone has several ways of getting on the internet - 3G, EDGE/GPRS, WiFi which are all wireless. When connected to your PC/Laptop you can share your net connection via the cable when using activesync. You can also use it when connected to your PC via bluetooth. Thanks for your questions!

  • Hi. Is i780 good enough to make a call via VOIP? or any delay in transferring voice?

  • Hey :)I have tested fring using the skype network and it works fine. The volume of the voice transferred is not that great but there is no lag in testing so far. If youd like to run a test you can add me on skype NishanSilva and I can make a test call to you when Im on a Wi-Fi network and/or 3G.

    Cheers

  • seems just as good as the e71

  • hi?Up to what memory(expansion sD cardslot) is this fon have?.

  • hey it's such a great job well done. and i'm also wondering if there's any way to make sure tat the phone only connects to wifi and not chargable services such as GPRS. Is there any indication to show tat?? would appreaciate your reply. thank you very much.

  • Sorry for the delay in replying! The battery life is not very good. It's ok so as long and you dont have the radios like 3G or Wifi running. I charge the phone everyday! They do include an extra battery with its own charger though.

  • Hey :) You dont have to download MSN, it comes with the phone. I have installed the following for testing pursposes - Spb Diary(Today Screen Replacement), Foxit Reader(PDF Reader), Fring(Chat Client), Google Maps Mobile, Hush SMS, Opera Mini and YouTube Player. The phone comes standard with everything essential except the PDF reader :). Hope this helps. Cheers!

  • Thanks! :)
