Most women get this correct, but the men, especially a supertypical man does not. I prefer to be around people care very much about their looks and how the smell instead of people who don't. Another thing both men and women need to do is to speak standard English from the beginning to the end of an interview. Leave any and all Ebonics at home! One of the last things both employers and employees want is an ignorant employee in their midst.
