This works if you are on an admin account. It also works if the school is stupid enough to not block CMD. If you want to get around this, make a CMD program in C++ and run netuser commands though there. If they block CMD then you need to add registry values to change the block from 1 to 0. If they blocked regedit then you need to rethink what your doing.

I was able to pull up a cmd in the alternative way., but nothing can be typed in the box
