@AllClassZero original t-51b = takes damage a lot and needs to be repaired often, costing tons of caps and can never be back to 100% again. meaning that once it's only falf repaired, etc, the DR goes down!

winterized t-51b = never takes damage, never needs to be repaired, will always be at 100%, and the DR will never change and won't ever cost you caps.

Operation anchorage is a way easier way to get the armor with out doing the story
