Strange Clouds by Florida and the Pole Shift Evidence

Today I was looking at the http://climate.cod.edu/flanis/polarflanis.php?type=hemi-wv-polar map and noticed some wisps near Florida that was moving as fast against the jet stream as it was moving toward the wisps, what is it? Also I talk about the polar north movement since the earthquakes of South America, N.Z. and Japan The actual nNoth Pole has Moved 8 Degrees!.

This morning as I left the house, the sky was full of chemtrails and they were being laid as I drove. About 4 hours later on my way back home, where there had been strips of chemtrails there was now, clouds bearing lots of water as they were dark. Yet, it has not rained here in Tampa, today.
