I wish more people could see what an ass Newsom is. He's the reason we lost the fight against Prop H8 because of his stupid rant against people we are supposed to be EQUAL with, not greater than. He's a turncoat and a liar who has spent his entire career SCREWING people over. How can you not SEE this? How? Who in the hell came up with the brilliant bloody idea of trusting this rat? Find somebody else, for chrissake!

I guess blacks should have been more tolerant of democracy when the majority favored segregation. Or women should have been more tolerant of democracy when the majority favored them not voting. You don't make history by following the status quo or the majoirty. Every civil rights movement had to constantly question the majoirty rule to make social progress

When the people voted originally to change the wording in the state constitution he broke the law by encouraging people to break that law which is an ethics violation at the least. He should have been kicked out of office then.
